Return & Refund Policy
At Mrs. Cleean, customer satisfaction is our priority. We aim to provide high-quality cleaning products and ensure a smooth shopping experience. Please read our return policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns only for items that are:
- Damaged during delivery
- Incorrect items delivered
- Missing items in the order
Returns are not accepted for used products or change-of-mind purchases due to hygiene and safety reasons.
2. Return Request Time
Any return or complaint must be reported within 24 to 48 hours of delivery. Requests made after this time may not be eligible for return or replacement.
3. Condition of Returned Items
To be eligible for return, products must be:
- Unused and in original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
- Properly reported with clear images/videos of the issue
4. Refund Policy
Once the return is approved:
- Refunds will be processed via the original payment method (Bank Transfer or COD adjustment where applicable)
- Processing time may take 3 to 7 working days after approval
5. Replacement Policy
In case of damaged or incorrect items, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund, depending on product availability.
6. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following are non-returnable:
- Opened or used cleaning products
- Items without original packaging
- Clearance or discounted items (if mentioned)
7. Order Cancellation
Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
